3. Fares and travel are valid via flights operated by the Delta Connection carriers
4. OAL segments are not eligible for commission, excluding, to the extent set forth in the table above, AF/KL/VS ticketed/operated/marketed itineraries which include an IndiGo (6E) operated intra-India connection segment.
5. OAL is defined as an airline whose marketing/operating code is other than Delta (DL), Air France (AF), KLM (KL), or Virgin Atlantic (VS)
         a. For example: Itineraries ticketed and marketed on AF, but with a flight segment operated by SK, are not eligible for commission
6. FNA via ACC: travel must be on a Delta operated flight to/from ACC. Travel between ACC-FNA must be operated by Kenya Airways (KQ)

Commission Qualification Terms
1. Tickets must be plated on DL (006), Air France (057), KLM (074), or Virgin Atlantic (932)
2. Tickets must be issued in USD
3. If plating on DL (006): Tickets must state Non-Endorsable Refundable by Delta-Issuing Agency Only
4. If plating on AF (057): Tickets must state Non-Endorsable - Refundable by Air France-Issuing Agency Only
5. If plating on KL (074): Tickets must state Non-Endorsable - Refundable by KLM-Issuing Agency Only
6. If plating on VS (932): Tickets must state Non-Endorsable - Refundable by Virgin Atlantic-Issuing Agency Only
7. Commissions must be calculated against a published base fare excluding any taxes, fees or YQ/YR surcharges Published fare rules apply and all applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, etc. must be collected by Agency
8. The LC16 code must appear on the ticket in one of the following locations (listed in order of preference):
   a. Ticket Designator;
   b. Tour Code if Ticket Designator already in use;
   c. Ticket Endorsement Field if both Ticket Designator and Tour Code being used
9. Commission compensation must be taken at point of sale. Retroactive commission may not be claimed
10. Tickets refunded, exchanged or used on OAL are subject to recall of commission
11. Eligible fare classes with no seasonality displayed in the GDS are commissionable at (L) Low / (J, K) Shoulder commission percentage rate
12. Fare breaks are permitted given the connecting time does not exceed 24hrs.
    a. Permissible fare breaks: For tickets plated on Delta ticket stock (006) only. The commission is valid on the US domestic sector ONLY in conjunction with an international published local fare, where the GDS has established the lowest applicable fare is the combination of the two point to point fares (i.e. STL-ATL & ATL-LOS separate fares, vs STL-LOS through fare) and the O&D is booked as a married segment. Similarly, two one-way tickets purchased separately for a round-trip itinerary are not eligible.
13. Commission is based off of the Fare Basis Code (FBC), i.e., the first letter in the FBC. For example, for FBC QHX99NC, commission may be claimed in accordance with Q class in the chart shown above.

Exceptions: No commission will be earned pursuant to this exhibit for the following:
1. Infant, military, government, VUSA, group block space or standby fares.
2. Negotiated fares, corporate travel, corporate discounted fares or any other special pricing/commission programs
3. Tickets where Delta Equity Card (series beginning with 1556) is used in whole or in part as the form of payment
4. Split ticketing is not allowed
5. Delta Main Basic (formerly known as Basic Economy) or Economy Light fares
6. Entire itinerary must be issued on the same ticket
7. Economy-class fares that feature an automatic upgrade option are commissionable at the applicable economy-class commission rate
8. Any DL web fares with Fare Basis Code containing "PVN" and/or "PVR". Example: ULXPVN1.
9. Any KL/AF web fares with Fare Basis Code ending in "U0".
10. Excludes non-stop flights to/from Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, and Salt Lake City. (For example, Atlanta to Barcelona is not eligible for commission but incentive is available for Atlanta to Barcelona via Paris.) Itineraries originating in US cities excluding Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, and Salt Lake City are eligible to claim commission provided they are booked as married segments and follow all other fare/commission rules. Foe example: Austin to Barcelona, via Atlanta, is eligible for commission.
