Upfront incentive compensation may be taken at the time of ticketing in accordance with the chart below and paid only on the published fares (base fare only, excluding fuel surcharge, Airport/Government taxes and other carrier-imposed surcharges and fees), for fare brands BSI, CLI, PLU, RPE, TPE, EXE, TOP only. Upfront incentive compensation does not apply to DSI brand (Discount);
The Agreement Number must be added to the Reservation as an OSI in the following format – OS TP EWRCF022/26.
The Agreement Number must be shown on the ticket in the Tour Code Box.
All TAP’s regular flights, in routes operated by TAP or TAP Express (including flights "operated by WI and flights "operated by NI"), operated under TAP commercial responsibility and bearing the respective TAP operating code.
When an itinerary includes US/CA domestic segments or US/CA trans-border segments,this agreement applies only where a through airfare is used and TAP is the transatlantic operating carrier and the segments are booked under the TP* code (TP codeshare flights operated by other carriers, or under the other carrier’s code). If there are separate fares on TP and on the other carrier, commission only applies on the TP fare;
