| Combinations When combining qualifying incentive rates for the outbound (O/B) and return segments (I/B), on each US/ CA to JV Pacific segment will apply with respect to the point of origin (POO) of the trip. | Ticketing Procedures Plating carriers: NH (205) or UA (016) REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES Ticketing agency is responsible to recalculate commission when tickets are exchanged or refunded . Failure to recalculate commission will result in debit memos to the ticketing agency location. Applicable code must be placed in their appropriate locations. IATA ticketing rules apply. Failure to enter the applicable tour code, ticket designator, or incorrect ticketing will result in the issuance of debit memos to the ticketing agency location.
