A Friendly Reminder of MU Reservation and Ticketing Rules

Important Notice

Dear Travel Partners,

This is a friendly reminder to all ARC/BSP agencies in North America:

1. ARC/BSP travel agents in North America are prohibited from releasing their GDS-ARC/BSP reservation and ticketing functions to any person or agent outside their agency. If this occurs, all GDS-ARC/BSP reservation and ticketing functions will be terminated without prior notice.
2. ARC/BSP travel agents in North America are prohibited from processing any MU/781 product order for travel originating in China through their North American GDS. In other words, any MU/781 ticket originating in China and distributed through China selling channels or platforms may not be reserved or ticketed through a North American ARC/BSP agent.
3. If any ARC/BSP agent in North America violates these reservation or ticketing regulations to obtain an improper segment on an MU/781 ticket that causes MU financial loss, the agent is liable for all fare differences and an additional $500 fine for each violated segment. The involved agent's GDS-ARC/BSP reservation and ticketing functions will also be turned off.

重要通知—温馨提醒本公司订位及开票规定

尊敬的旅行同业，大家好：

此通告温馨提醒所有北美地区旅行同业：

1. 所有北美地区 ARC/BSP 代理人严禁将贵代理的 GDS-ARC/BSP 订位、开票系统的配置交给贵代理以外的任何个人或代理人操作；严禁将美国配置投入到中国机票平台使用或者转让到中国境内使用。如有此类情事发生，本公司会关闭贵代理所有的 GDS-ARC/BSP 系统订位、开票的配置。
2. 严禁将中国境内始发航线的订单转至北美订座、出票。即：凡于中国境内平台上销售的中国境内始发的 MU/781 客票，严禁通过北美渠道进行订座和出票。
3. 任何代理如果发生以违规订位、开票操作不当舱位订位的客票，对本公司造成实际收益损失，本公司会开立 ADM 向代理追讨实际收益损失金额及涉及违规订位的每一个航段收取美金 500 元罚款；涉案代理人所有 GDS-ARC/BSP 对所有东上航产品的订位、开票操作权限会被本公司关闭。
