1. Tickets must be validated on EL AL ticket stock (114). Agent will insert on the tickets "NON ENDORSABLE" valid on EL AL only.
2. All transatlantic flights must be marketed by EL AL (LY designator) from any USA gateway.
Tickets originating the USA with Transatlantic segments must have at least ane segment on EL AL otherwise no commission is due
3. In cases of RBD combination, commission is allowed as follows:
- Calculate the applicable commission per each 1/2 RT sector based on the RBD booked// combination prorated commission is allowed
4. The commission does not apply to:
- Groups.
- Classified Private fares (unless otherwise noted).
- Bonus Tickets.
- Free Tickets.
- Money plus Points Tickets.
- Denied Boarding Tickets.
- EMD’s or other any Ancillary products.
- Any fare that EL AL will specify as limited or no commission.
5. Bulk ticketing is not permitted. Tickets must show the applicable published fare basis code and accurate published fare amount on the ticket.
