AIR ONLY PRODUCT
Program is not Bi-directional. Applicable point-of-origin (s) is/are listed in the rate table. Commission applies with respect to the origin of the trip.
Commission is determined via these steps:
1) Country of origin (US 50 or CA Point of Origin (POO) or International Point of Origin (IPOO))
2) Outbound (O/B) Origin/Destination (O&D)
3) Inbound (I/B) Origin/Destination (O&D)

Basic Economy fares are NOT eligible for commission.

Ticketing Dates

Valid from February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027

Participating Carriers
UNITED (UA) and its regional carriers DBA United Express.

Flight Application
Commission is applicable on Participating Carriers
 -At least one qualifying Transpacific segment must be marketed and operated by Participating Carriers
 -Tickets must be validated on a Participating carrier.
 -Validating carrier must be one of the operating or marketing carriers on the ticket
 -Valid on code-share flights operated by Participating Carriers
 -Valid for one-way, round-trip, circle-trip and open-jaw journeys.
 -Valid on published fares only (see Eligibility Exceptions).
 -Qualifying Transpacific segments must be to/from US or Canada to be eligible for incentive
 - Transpacific codeshare flights operated by OA carriers are eligible for 0% commission. (Exception applies for Air New Zealand NZ. See rule below)

AIR NEW ZEALAND (NZ)
Full commission may be taken on flights marketed or operated by Air New Zealand (NZ) when all thefollowing parameters are met:
 - Travel is from/to US - New Zealand.
 - All transpacific segments must be marketed and/or operated by United (UA) or Air New Zealand (NZ).
 - At least one transpacific segment must be marketed and operated by United (UA) and the othertranspacific segment may be on Air New Zealand (NZ).
 - Travel on the transpacific segments must be to/from USA.
 - International published through fares are commissionable. (Through fares with a stopover qualify forcommission)
 - Sector fares are commissionable. The connecting time must be within 24 hours of the transpacificportion of the journey. If sector fares do not meet these parameters, they may be included on the ticketat 0% commission.
 - The published fare is booked in or begins with one of the classes specified in the commission grid
above.

FROM UNITED (UA) TO VIRGIN AUSTRALIA (VA)
Full commission may be taken on code-share or interline flights when all the following parameters are met:
 - Travel is from/to US/CA - Australia.
 - All transpacific segments must be marketed and operated by United (UA).
 - Travel on the transpacific segments must be to/from USA.
 - The connection is from United (UA) to Virgin Australia (VA) and vice versa.
 - The connection occurs in Australia and the travel remains within Australia .
 - International published through fares are commissionable. (Through fares with a stopover qualify forcommission).
 - Sector fares are commissionable. The connecting time must be within 24 hours of the transpacific portionof the journey. If sector fares do not meet these parameters, they may be included on the ticket at 0%commission.
- The published fare is booked in or begins with one of the classes specified in the commission grid above.

FROM UNITED (UA) TO AIR TAHITI (VT)
Full commission may be taken on code-share or interline flights when all the following parameters
are met:
- Travel is from/to US/CA - French Polynesia.
- All transpacific segments must be marketed and operated by United (UA).
- Travel on the transpacific segments must be to /from USA.
- The connection is from United (UA) to Air Tahiti (VT) and vice versa.
- The connection occurs in French Polynesia and the travel remains within French Polynesia.
- International published through fares are commissionable. . (Through fares with a stopover
qualify for commission)
- Sector fares are commissionable. The connecting time must be within 24 hours of the transpacific
portion of the journey. If sector fares do not meet these parameters, they may be included on the
ticket at 0% commission.
- The published fare is booked in or begins with one of the classes specified in the commission
grid above.

WITHIN CANADA/USA - AIR CANADA (AC) - Standard commission may be taken on flights when
all the following parameters are met:
- Origin/Destination that is served by UA or AC in Canada
- Marketed and operated by any of the following: Air Canada (AC) or United (UA)
- UA codeshare flights operated by AC and AC codeshare flights operated by UA
- Connection is to a Transpacific Participating Carrier and vice versa
- International published through fare begins with one of the classes specified above.

Eligibility
Applies to published international through fares (not valid on trip within a trip).
Applies to stopover charges and differential when applicable.
Applies to international through fares when combined with sector (point-to-point) and the following rules are met:
 - Must be operated by UA and Regional carriers
 - Connecting time must be within 24 hours of International portion of the journey
 - Valid when booked in or the first letter of the fare basis code is an applicable class
 - TRANSPACIFIC SECTOR FARE MUST QUALIFY FOR COMMISSION

If sector fares do not meet the parameters above they may be included on the ticket at 0% commission.

Time of Ticketing (TOT) may NOT be used on any segment with net fares, corporate discounts, negotiated group rates, air pass programs, United PassPlus negotiated fares/discounts, senior citizen, emigrant, journalist, military, missionary, student, discount coupons, travel certificates, government fares, crew rotation fares, two-for-one offers and the like or discount programs of any type including fares that price with "/ticket designator" (such as /UAF, /8N02).

Eligibility Exceptions
Applicable commission may be claimed on fares using these Ticket Designators :
/FLX3/FLEX/PFLX/FL01/DXWW
/UPxx (i.e. /UPDI /UPDZ /UPDP)
/AMxx, /AExx, /EMxx, /KYxx, /QYxx, /WEBx, /TMCx, /GMNL (or any variation using these type of Ticket Designators.(i.e. AM09, EM10, KY06, QYFF, WEB3, TMCX))
/QYxx (i.e. QYFF or any type of QYxx)
/8Dxx (i.e. 8D02, 8D05 or any type of 8Dxx) and Blueprint Discover, Experience, or Save
If booked in or the first letter of the fare basis code is an applicable class and rules below are met.

RULES

 - Fare must auto price (debit memos will be issued for manually priced tickets)
 - Include the valid ITOT tour code in the tour code box or endorsement box
 - UPxx, AMxx, EMxx, GMNL, KYxx, QYxx, TMCxx and WEBx fares must be validated on UA (016)

Commission may be claimed on child fares when no discount is applied.
Infant fares are NOT eligible for TOT commission.
No children, infant, senior or any other type of discounts apply.

Combinations
When combining qualifying incentive rates for the outbound (O/B) and return segments (I/B), on each US/ CA to Pacific segment will apply with respect to the point of origin (POO) of the trip.

 - Non-qualifying segments (OAL, ineligible or non-qualifying classes) are permitted on ticket at 0% commission.
 - This program may be combined with Pacific TOT programs provided all rules apply.
 - Please note: you must have both contracts to use this combination and ticket must be issued on UA (016).
 - Combining TMC Fares programs and Time-of-Ticketing programs is not allowed.
 - All other published fare rules apply.

Ticketing Procedures

Plating carriers: UA (016)
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Ticketing agency is responsible to recalculate commission when tickets are exchanged or refunded. Failure to recalculate commission will result in debit memos to the ticketing agency location.
Applicable code must be placed in their appropriate locations. IATA ticketing rules apply. Failure to enter the applicable tour code, ticket designator, or incorrect ticketing will result in the issuance of debit memos to the ticketing agency location. Place the tour code or ticket designator in one of the following positions:
 - Ticket Designator
 - Tour Code box
 - Endorsement Box
