Air Canada Carriers: Air Canada and any carrier with whom Air Canada has a capacity purchase or wet lease agreement who operates on behalf of Air Canada under the Air Canada, the Air Canada Rouge or the Air Canada Express brands, as well as The Landline Company Inc. in its capacity as an operator of ground transportation on behalf of Air Canada.

Point of Sale: USA Origin/Destination: Applicable to ticket bookings for travel between USA, Canada (CAN), Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South  America (SUN) and Pacific destinations (Asia, Japan, South Pacific & Australia) excluding India

The following countries are permitted:

Australia, Brunei, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Cook Islands, East Timor, Fiji, Guam, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Kiribati, Korea, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Palau, Philippines, Polynesia, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Taiwan, Thailand, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu and Vietnam.

PAC Ticket Service:
 -  Ticket with POO mainland China to Canada is not permitted.
For example:
o PEK YYZ AC (D class) YYZ PEK AC (D class) = PEK YYZ not eligible & YYZ PEK not eligible (POO mainland China to Canada)
 -  Ticket with POO China to USA or LAM/CARIB is permitted.
For example:
o PEK YYZ AC (D class) YYZ LGA AC LGA YYZ AC YYZ PEK AC (B class) = PEK LGA eligible & LGA PEK eligible (2% on entire ticket, POO China to USA)
 -  Ticket with POO LAM/CARIB to PAC is permitted.
For example:
o MEX YYZ AC YYZ HND AC (D class) HND YYZ AC (D class) YYZ MEX AC = MEX HND eligible & HND MEX eligible (2% on entire ticket, POO LAM/CARIB to PAC)

Combination of booking classes:
 -The lowest rate of the AC international segments between Canada and Transpacific applies to the eligible segment(s). Example:
CLE YYZ AC YYZ PVG AC (Z class) PVG YYZ AC (B class) YYZ CLE AC = CLE PVG eligible & PVG CLE eligible (POO USA, lowest rate of the segments between Canada and Pacific applies (Z and B class), 6% on entire ticket)

Combination of services
is permitted:
 1. Between Transpacific and LAM/CARIB, provided all segments are marketed, plated and operated by AC.
For example:
o SEA YVR AC YVR HKG AC HKG YVR AC YVR EZE AC = SEA HKG eligible (Transpacific service) & HKG EZE eligible (LAM/CARIB service)
2. Between Transpacific and Transatlantic, the Transpacific time of ticketing commission rate will only apply on the portion of the trip that includes the AC Transpacific segment.
For example:
o DEN YVR UA YVR ICN AC ICN FRA LH FRA YYZ AC YYZ LAX AC = DEN ICN eligible & ICN LAX not eligible (Transatlantic segment)

Ticketing Instructions:

- Stopovers are permitted only when indicated on the published fare rules
- Pacific Time of Ticketing not eligible for round the world fares.

Permitted Carriers:
 Air Canada Carriers
At least one transpacific segment of the ticket must be marketed by Air Canada and operated by an Air Canada Carrier; commission will apply to the eligible segments as per the instructions under Codeshare and Interline below.

Additional Permitted Carriers:
Canadian North 5T, Central Mountain Air 9M, Bearskin JV, Air Creebec YN, PAL Airlines PB and Pascan Aviation P6 are permitted on domestic Canada segment(s) provided that one transpacific segment is marketed and operated by Air Canada Carriers.

Codeshare & Interline:
 - At least one Transpacific segment of the ticket must be marketed by Air Canada and operated by an Air Canada Carrier.
For example:
o EWR HKG UA HKG PEK CX PEK YYZ AC (D class) YYZ EWR AC = EWR PEK not eligible (PAC segment on UA), PEK EWR eligible at 15%
 - Codeshare and interlining are permitted at either end of itinerary on the Pacific service ONLY when POO is USA or CAN. It is not permitted when POO is PAC or LAM/CARIB.
For example:
o HKG PEK CX PEK YYZ AC YYZ EWR AC EWR HKG UA = HKG EWR not eligible & EWR HKG not eligible (Interline or Codeshare tickets on the Pacific service when POO is Pacific is not eligible for commissions)
 - Maximum of 2 segments can be operated by another carrier in each direction.
For example:
o SFO DEN UA DEN YVR UA YVR ICN AC ICN NRT CX NRT YVR AC YVR LAX UA LAX SFO UA SFO DEN UA DEN PDX UA = SFO NRT eligible & NRT PDX not eligible (more than 2 segments operated by another carrier)
 - On a round-trip ticket, with AC operating one (1) transpacific segment and another carrier operating the other Transpacific segment, the commission will only apply to the portion of the trip that includes the eligible AC Transpacific leg.
 For example:
o DEN YVR UA YVR HKG AC HKG SFO UA SFO DEN UA = DEN HKG eligible & HKG DEN not eligible (PAC segment on UA) o DEN YVR UA YVR ICN AC ICN YVR AC* YVR DEN UA = DEN ICN eligible & ICN DEN not eligible (PAC segment on AC* codeshare)

- Tour Code ACUSA must be entered in the tour code box of GDS tickets at time of ticketing.
- Published fare rules (for adults and children) apply including for one-way and returns. Sector fares are eligible.
- Open Jaw/combination permitted as per fare rules.
- Time of Ticketing to be calculated against applicable fare prior to any taxes, applicable fees/charges and surcharges.
- Time of Ticketing will be recalled if the ticket is refunded or cancelled.
- Allowable exception on ticket designator for Propel levels 1-4 and Blueprint Discover, Experience or Savings agreements:
   - Fare must auto price, debit memos will be issued for manually priced tickets
   - The valid 8Dxx ticket designator must appear on the applicable segments
   - The valid corporate tour code must always appear in the Tour Code box
   - Tickets must be AC plated, and all flights must be operated, and marketed on AC
   - Tour code ACUSA must appear in one of the following positons:
          - Tour code box - Place the five-digit alphanumeric corporae tour code 123XX and TOT tour code ACUSA in the following format: 123XX/ACUSA
          - Endorsement box - Place ACUSA either before or after all other text, for example: ACUSA/Company Partner or Company Partner/ACUSA
- If a fully unused ticket is exchanged on the GDS, Agency will return the commission of the original ticket, and claim
commission on the new base fare. If a ticket is exchanged in the ADO, the new commission percentage can only be claimed
on the ADCOL value, not on the total new base fare. For partially used tickets, the original commission applies.
