Upfront Commission general rules a. Upfront incentive applies to passenger Tickets issued solely on LOT flight(s), 080 operating LO and/or marketing LO, according to agreed Upfront offer. b. Tickets issued solely on LOT flight(s) within Poland and/or within Europe shall not qualify for the Upfront incentive. c. If tickets are issued on segments that qualify for two different Upfront Commission levels, the Commission levels shall be manually calculated to each segment accordingly. d. In case of combining offers, e.g. CHD/INF (IATA discount) together with Upfront Commission Upfront Commission should be applied after applying CHD/INF (IATA) discount. Upfront Commission conditions The Agent is authorized to collect Upfront Commission at the moment of sale according to the conditions specified in this Agreement and outlined below during the term of this Agreement. All the conditions should be met simultaneously: a. The ticket is sold and issued on the US market according to the applicable published fares and validated on LOT's traffic document (080). b. Upfront commission cannot be applied to NET rates (any types of private fares issued as IT). c. Upfront commission cannot be applied to CIP rates. d. Upfront commission cannot be applied to GROUP rates. e. Upfront commission cannot be applied to penalty fees or other EMD documents. f. Travel shall commence in US market unless otherwise specified. g. All Long-Haul sectors (one way or round trip) must be on LOT coded and operated flights only. h. For POS US and/or CA when connecting to LOT coded and operated transatlantic sectors and issued on one ticket, US and/or CA domestic sectors are permitted on LO 080 ticket stock according to published fare rules. i. Flights beyond Warsaw need to be on LOT operated or LOT marketing (code share) coded flights. j. Origin and destination port, booking class will determine the applicable Upfront Commission as specified in this Agreement and associated Attachments. Last update Apr 01, 2026
