SAME COMMISSIONS APPLY TO PUBLISHED FARES FOR GDS AND NDC BOOKINGS
All Intercontinental Flights must be LATAM Marketed and Operated
0% commission for bundles QP (BASIC) and SL (LIGHT).
These fare type can be identified by *QP *(BASIC) and *SL* (LIGHT) in fourth and fifth character on the Q* fare basis.
0% commission applies for classes O,G,A

Business, Premium, Economy

 Q***: 0% commission for bundles QP (BASIC) or SL (LIGHT). Fourth and fifth character on the fare basis (i.e., QLESL00Y)
0% commission applies for classes O,G,A
- Commission applies to published through fares on LATAM Airlines Group S.A. or its Affiliate Carriers' flights between USA/Canada and South America.
- Commission applies to published fares on LATAM Airlines Group S.A. or its Affiliate Carriers' flights between countries in South America. (Regional flights)
- All international long-haul travel from/to ATL/MIA/JFK/LAX/MCO/BOS gateways must be on flights operated and marketed by LATAM Airlines Group S.A. ("LATAM Airlines") or its Affiliate Carriers.
- Commission applies for thru-fares from the United States and Canada to/from South America via MEX/CUN when LH flights operated and marketed by LATAM Airlines Group S.A. ("LATAM Airlines")
- No commission allowed for Infant Fare tickets.
- Commission rates are based on the Ticket Origin and Over-the-water or Trans-border booking class. Booking classes not listed herein are ineligible
- The Ticket Origin and destination determines the Origin and Destination Group for which the commission level is taken.
- Fares breaks at a domestic, regional and/or international gateway connecting within 24 hours to/from a LA marketed over-the-water or Trans-border flight are also eligible for the same commission rate as the eligible over-the-water or Trans-border fare.
- If an international all Economy class itinerary has a combination of different applicable commission rates; the lowest commission rate will apply to the entire Ticket.
- If an international itinerary has mixed classes of service and at least one transoceanic fare component is booked in Business or Premium Economy, then each fare component is commissionable at its individual commission rate

CODESHARES:
- LA* codeshare flights within domestic USA, within domestic Canada and/or between USA and Canada  flights are operated by Delta Airlines in connection with LATAM Airlines Chile (LA), LATAM Airlines Peru (LA), LATAM Airlines Brazil (LA) and LATAM Airlines Ecuador (LA).
- LA* codeshare flights within domestic USA, within domestic Canada and/or between USA and Canada are operated by Alaska Airlines (AS) or WestJet (WS) in connection with LATAM Airlines Chile (LA); LATAM Airlines Peru (LA); LATAM Airlines Brazil (LA); LATAM Airlines Ecuador (LA) as applicable.
- When using international through fares which include domestic flights in Colombia, Peru and Brazil published under the single code LA* are respectively operated by LATAM Airlines Colombia, LATAM Airlines Peru and LATAM Airlines Brazil.
- When using international through fares which include domestic flights in Ecuador and Paraguay are respectively operated by LATAM Airlines Ecuador (LA) and LATAM Airlines Paraguay (LA).
- When using international through fares which include domestic flights in Brazil published under the single code LA* are operated by Passaredo Transportes (2Z)
- When using international through fares which include regional flights within South America that are operated by any LATAM Airlines Group carriers under a single "LA*"code.

INTERLINE:
- When using international through fares which include trans-border flights between Canada and USA and/or domestic USA travel, must be with one of our interline partners.
- To avoid any debit memos, any service provided by LATAM Airlines and its Affiliated Carriers' interline partners, must be on the equivalent class of service. Always use auto price in the GDS system.
- When using end-on-end combination of LATAM published fares long-haul and regional South America fares, the entire itinerary qualifies for the international first long-haul commission level.
- When using end-on-end combinations with other airlines, commission ONLY applies to LATAM Airlines Group ("LATAM Airlines") or its Affiliate Carriers segments.

CONDITIONS:
- This Commission Notice does not apply for any group rates or corporate contracts.
- IATA fares (YY) are not commissionable.
- Tickets must be issued in the USA or Canada. E-ticket is mandatory and must be auto priced by your GDS. Fail to do so will result in a debit memo.
- LATAM Airlines Group S.A. ("LATAM Airlines") or its Affiliated Carriers respectively reserve the right, at any time, to change the terms and conditions herein upon written notice.
- Nothing in this document is intended nor shall be assumed as creating any exclusive arrangement between Agency and Carriers.
- This Document will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute or action arising from this Agreement shall be held in the appropriate court of law in Miami Dade-County.
- For the purposes of this Notice:
Affiliate Carriers means: LA
Interline partners means: any carrier listed in the GDS for LATAM Airlines and its Affiliate Carriers' published fares.
