Upfront Incentives in Interline and Codeshare is permitted on KQ through fares if the booking is auto pricing as a through fare.
Proration is allowed on two different commission levels.
Upfront Incentives are not applicable on Infant fares
Seasonality is determined from the respective POO-Point of Origin and follows what is loaded in the published environment. I.e., if you are selling one-way from Africa to the US, seasonality will pick up from POO and date of departure.
All Publish Fare rules apply.
Net / Net Flown Revenue: Is defined as revenue less discount, less standard commission less any other commission or incentive applicable to the coupon used for travel on KQ services and less refunds. AD / ID industry rebated tickets and diplomatic discounts DG are excluded.
Domestic Interline on B6 and DL Interline/Codeshare • Domestic interline on JetBlue (B6) is permitted between interior US cities to/from JFK only. • US Domestic interline/codeshare with DL via JFK is permitted from the following cities: BOS / BUF / CLT / CMH / DEN / DFW / IND / MCI / MCO / MIA / ORD / ORF / PHX / RDU / ROC / SEA / SFO / SYR / WAS / YEG / YOW / YUL / YYZ / BNA / CHS / CLE / JAX / MSY / PIT / RIC and must auto-price as a KQ published through fare. • Transatlantic travel must be on Kenya Airways operated flights.
