Terms & Conditions:
* All tickets must be issued in Point of Sale USA on Kenya Airways (706) ticket stock.
* Commission only applies on tickets sales Ex USA via JFK.
* Transatlantic travel must be on Kenya Airways operated flights.
* All tickets must display assigned Deal Code in the Tour Code box per Article 4 - Deal Code: KQCON008
* All tickets must be issued in the United States in accordance with Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC).
* Endorsement Box: As per published fare rules
* All Published fares associated with revenue RBDs are included

* The following are all excluded from front end incentive calculation:
  * Intra-Africa traffic (Traffic where both the origin and the destination is within Africa country),
  * Non-revenue RBDs: W
  * Groups.
  * Split ticketing (End on End combinations)
  * Carrier surcharges, taxes, and government fees
  * Fuel Surcharges (YR)

* Applicable incentive will be recalled for refunded sectors.
* Upfront incentive is valid on KQ publish fares only pricing as a through fare.(Not valid for Net Fares)
* Upfront Incentives in Interline and Codeshare is permitted on KQ through fares if the booking is autopricing
as a through fare.
* Proration is allowed on two different commission levels.
* Upfront Incentives must be deducted as a front-end commission or discount at the time of ticketing.
* Seasonality is determined from the respective POO-Point of Origin and follows what is loaded in the
published environment. I.e., if you are selling one-way from Africa to the US, seasonality will pick up from
POO and date of departure.
* All Publish Fare rules apply.
* Booking class for interline carrier as per fare rule.

Domestic Interline on B6 and DL Interline/Codeshare
* Domestic interline on JetBlue (B6) is permitted between interior US cities to/from JFK only.
* US Domestic interline/codeshare with DL via JFK is permitted from the following cities BOS/BUF/CLT/CMH/DEN/DFW/IND/MCI/MCO/MIA/ORD/ORF/PHX/RDU/ROC/SEA/SFO/SYR/WAS/YEG/
YOW/YUL/YYZ/BNA/CHS/CLE/JAX/MSY/PIT/RIC  and must auto price as a KQ published through fare.
* Transatlantic travel must be on Kenya Airways operated flights.
