Tour Code: PROWY* * All travel must take place on JL/NU for international and Japan domestic sectors. * JL/GK is applicable for Japandomestic sectors when part of a through fare. 5% commission or rate indicated above, whichever is lowerwhen JL/GK is included as part of a through fare. Travel in conjunction with oneworld airlines is also included, provided the ticket(s) is part of a through fare that includes transpacific service(s) operated exclusively by JL (Codeshare flights are Not applicable for the transpacific segment.) * A ticket must be issued on ticket validation 131 for a commission to be applicable. * Commission must be taken at the time of initial ticketing, and is applicable on the base published fares only (including Child fares), not including taxes, fees, and fuel surcharge * All valid itineraries must auto-price in GDS . * When using combination fare types, the applicable commission per fare type may be applied. * When itinerary includes segment(s) eligible under PROWY contract, Contractor may deduct applicable commission per segment per contract and issue ticket using the tour code of the outbound. * Partial commission may be deducted on tickets where only one International segment is eligible. * Contractor may deduct the individual Commission rate for the Booking Class of the qualifying segment. * These commissions are not applicable on fares that require other tour codes, published oneworld fares, or itineraries involving interline carriers (e.g. KE, CZ etc) * Conditions are subject to change without prior notice * Contractor acknowledges that this commission agreement is strictly confidential and may not re-market, or redistribute to or through distributors, agents or intermediaries. * Endorsement Box: NONEND/VALID ON JL/NU ONLY//REFUND THRU ISSUING AGT ONLY Incentive Rates are applied based on Booking Code.
