HU Published Fares only (Excluding Private/Net/Negotiated Group Fares). The commission percentages apply with interline segment(s)US or China SPA/add-on(s) and beyond under HU fare basis. American Gateway Cities* US: BOS/SEA Mexico Gateway city: MEX/TIJ Combination: When issuing a ticket with a combination of different fare basis outbound and inbound, you may claim applicable upfront commission rate at 1/2 of the outbound commission rate + 1/2 of the inbound commission rate. For example: for a SEA-PEK-SEA round-trip ticket, the SEA-PEK cabin is D class and the PEK-SEA cabin is N class, the applicable agency fee for this ticket is 7%1/2+5%1/2=6% of the total fare. Ticketing: Tickets must be validated on HU (880) ticket stock only. Agents must enter the passenger's valid contact telephone number when issuing tickets to ensure the airline can reach the passenger in the event of schedule changes or irregular operations. Any requests involving special service requiremwnts (SSR) must be coordinated directly with the airline's customer service team. For interline travel involving other carriers, the interline sector(s) must be issued under the same fare basis code as the HU international prime sector. Only agents whose ARC numbers have been formally authorized and communicated by the airline are eligible to claim commission. Interline Flights in N. America: From/To Add-on carriers BOS B6 SEA AS Discount: Child Discounts permitted. Infant and Corporate Discounts are not applicable for this upfront commission.
