US - Mexico Consolidator Commission Program ( Delta/ Aero Mexico )
DL, AM Basic Economy fares are non-commissionable and can be identified by letter "B" in the 7th character of the fare basis.

A. Origin & Directionality
Eligible fare and travel under this Program must have a US point of sale and include the points of origin and directionality specified in the chart set forth above and as specified below in the "Market Definition" section. As used herein, "US" means the 50 states comprising the United States of America plus the District of Columbia, but specifically excluding Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
B. Carrier
1. All travel must be on DL or AM. Routing and valid connecting points are reflected in the GDS fare quote systems.
2. Fares and travel are valid via flights operated by the “Delta Connection” carriers.
3. Fares are not valid via DL or AM code share flights unless specified below.
4. Commission is valid on DL code share flights operated by AM.
5. Commission is valid on AM code share flights operated by DL.
C. Commission Qualification Terms
1. Tickets must be plated on DL (006) or AM (139)
2. Tickets must be issued in USD
3. If plating on DL (006): Tickets must state “Non-Endorsable – Refundable by Delta-Issuing Agency Only”
4. If plating on AM (139): Tickets must state “Non-Endorsable - Refundable by Aeroméxico-Issuing Agency Only”.
5. Commissions must be calculated against base fare prior to any taxes, YQ/YR surcharges, airport fees, customs user fees, passenger facility charges or other similar charges. Published fare rules apply and all applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, etc. must be collected by Agency
6. The LCC3 code must appear on the ticket in one of the following locations (listed in order of preference):
• Ticket Designator;
• Tour Code if Ticket Designator already in use; or
• Ticket Endorsement Field if both Ticket Designator and Tour Code being used.
7. Commission compensation must be taken at point of sale. Retroactive commission may not be claimed.
8. Tickets refunded, exchanged or used on OAL are subject to recall of commission.
9. Agency is responsible for adding all applicable surcharges, departure taxes, custom fees or any other US or non US tax to fares stated herein.
10. For any routing where multiple commission percentages apply, the lowest applicable commission percentage shall be used for the entire itinerary.
11. Fare breaks are permitted. Connecting time must not exceed 24 hours.
12. Commission is based off of the fare basis code ("FBC"), i.e., the first letter in the FBC. For example, for FBC QHX99NC, commission may be claimed in accordance with Q class in the chart shown above.
D. Market Definition:
Mexico: Scheduled flights to/from Mexico, except as noted above.
E. Exceptions:
Commission may not be taken pursuant to this program for the following:
1. Infant, student, military, VUSA, group blocked space or standby fares.
2. Negotiated fares, corporate travel, corporate discounted fares, or any other special pricing/commission programs.
3. Split ticketing (Entire itinerary must be issued on the same ticket)
4. Tickets where Delta Equity Card (series beginning with 1556) is used in whole or in part as the form of payment
5. Commission is not allowed on DL, AM Basic Economy fares
6. Any Delta web fares with fare basis code containing "PVN" and/or "PVR". Example ULXPVN1
7. Prepaid tickets
F.Special Conditions:
1. This agreement is strictly confidential. Any disclosures of the fares or terms contained herein to passengers or persons not approved by Delta or Aeroméxico, constitutes a breach of this confidentiality, which will result in immediate cancellation of this agreement.
2. The term of this Program is effective as of the Ticket Effective Date and shall continue until the Ticketing Expiration Date set forth above, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Program document or the Agreement.
3. This Program is subject to change or termination on 24 hours advance notice by Delta or Agency.
4. This Program, including all terms and conditions contained in this Program document, is deemed confidential information of Delta under the Agreement. Any access to or disclosure of such confidential information shall be subject to Agency’s confidentiality obligations set forth in the Agreement.
5. All rules and restrictions of the published fare will apply.
6. Fare breaks are permitted. Connecting time must not be over 24 hours.
7. Economy-class fares that feature an automatic upgrade option are commissionable at the applicable economy-class commission rate.
US - LAC Focus Consolidator Commission Program
Basic Economy fares are non-commissionable and can be identified by letter "B" in the 7th character of the fare basis. This fare books into "E" class.
LATAM Code: QP (BASIC) and SL (LIGHT) fares are non-commissionable and can be identified by the letters "QP" or "SL" in the fourth and fifth character of the FBC.

A. Origin & Directionality

B. Carrier
1. All travel must be on Delta Air Lines, Inc. ("Delta" or "DL"). Routing and valid connecting points are reflected in the GDS fare quote systems.
2. Fares and travel are valid via flights operated by the "Delta Connection" carriers.
3. Fares are not valid via Delta code share flights unless specified below.
4. Commission is valid on Delta code share flights operated by LATAM (LA).
5. Commission applies on US - AR, BR, CO, CL, EC, PE, PY, UY itineraries where the over the water segment is operated by LATAM, marketed as LATAM with no DL code, and ticketed on DL 006 ticket stock. If DL code exists on the flight, then it must be booked with the DL code.
6. Argentina, Brazil / Chile / Colombia / Paraguay / Peru / Uruguay / Ecuador Interline Travel: Travel is permitted to one (1) point beyond the DL gateway in South America using LA (LATAM Airlines Group/Chile), LA (LATAM Airlines Brasil), LA (LATAM Airlines Colombia), LA (LATAM Airlines Paraguay), LA (LATAM Airlines Peru) or XL (LATAM Airlines Ecuador). All travel must be on a Delta Air Lines or Delta Connection coded flight originating in the US to the Delta Air Lines gateway in South America with a maximum of one (1) offline segment in each direction within South America. Commission applies provided published THROUGH fare basis utilized from the US origin point to the city beyond the Delta Air Lines gateway in South America, provided that the final point is also within South America.

4. The LCCA code must appear on the ticket in one of the following locations (listed in order of preference):
a. Ticket Designator;
b. Tour Code if Ticket Designator already in use; or
c. Ticket Endorsement Field if both Ticket Designator and Tour Code being used.
5. Commission compensation must be taken at point of sale. Retroactive commission may not be claimed.
6. Tickets refunded, exchanged or used on other airlines ("OAL") are subject to recall of commission.
7. Commission is allowed on web fares.
8. Agency is responsible for adding all applicable surcharges, departure taxes, custom fees or any other US or non-US tax to fares stated herein.
9. Market Definition: "LAC Focus" -- Scheduled flights to/from U.S and points located within Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Ecuador.
10. Commission is based off of the fare basis code ("FBC"), i.e., the first letter in the FBC. For example, for FBC QHX99NC, commission may be claimed in accordance with Q class in the chart shown above.

D. Exceptions:
Commission may not be taken pursuant to this program for the following:
1. Infant, student, military, VUSA, or standby fares.
2. Blocked group space.
3. Negotiated fares, corporate travel, corporate discounted fares or any other special pricing/commission programs.
4. Split ticketing is not allowed.
5. Tickets where Delta Equity Card was used in whole or in part as the form of payment.
6. Basic Economy fares are non-commissionable and can be identified by the letter "B" in the 7th character of the fare basis. This fare books into "E" class.
