For all markets in the U.S. to NATL and ROW destinations flown over the Atlantic on AZ
Basic Economy or Light fares are not eligible for commission
AZ through fares that include OAL (non-AZ coded flights) are subject to a 3-percentage points commission reduction, capped at 2 . Thus, the eligible commission cannot drop below 1% .
Any AZ published fare in I-class with Fare Basis Code ending in "RDUS" are not eligible for commission

Commission is based on the Ticket Origin and over-the-water booking class.
Fare classes not listed in the grid are non-commissionable
If an all Economy class itinerary has a combination of different applicable commission rates, the lowest applicable commission rate will apply to the entire ticket.
If an itinerary has mixed classes of service and at least one transoceanic fare component is booked in Business or Premium Economy, each fare component is commissionable at its individual commission rate, excluding the YQ/YR surcharges
CARRIER
1. Carrier: For purposes of this exhibit, “ITAAirways” refers to Italia Trasporto Aereo S.p.A, and “OAL” refers to all other airlines.
2. Tickets must be plated on ITAAirways (055) stock.
3. Commission on published fares (excluding all taxes, fees and/or YQ/YR surcharges) for eligible ITAAirways marketed flights (AZ coded) regardless of operating carrier, must be claimed at time of ticketing.
ORIGIN AND DIRECTIONALITY
1. Commission rates are based on the Ticket Origin and over-the-water booking class. Booking classes not listed are ineligible.
2. Upgrades are eligible for commission based on the paid booking class.
3. One-way, roundtrip, open-jaws, circle-trip journeys qualify for commission.
COMMISSION QUALIFICATION TERMS
1. The CSL26 Ticket Designator code must appear on the ticket in one the following locations (listed in order of preference):
a) Ticket Designator box
b) Tour Code box - if Ticket Designator already in use (waiver code, fare, etc.)
c) Ticket Endorsement Field - if both Ticket Designator and Tour Code have been used
2. Tickets must state “Non-Endorsable – Refundable byAZ-IssuingAgencies Only”
3. Tickets must be issued in US currency.
4. Fares breaks at a domestic and/or international gateway connecting within 24 hours to/from an AZ marketed over-thewater flight are also eligible for the same commission rate as the eligible over-the-water fare.
5. Commissions should be calculated against a published base fare excluding any taxes and fees. Published fare rules apply and all applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, etc. must be collected by Agency.

6. Tickets refunded, exchanged or used on OAL are subject to commission recall.
7. Commission compensation must be taken at point of sale. Retroactive commission may not be claimed.
8. Commission only valid on published "through fares", no fare breaks allowed on either end.
9. Eligible fare classes with no seasonality displayed in GDS are commissionable at Low/Shoulder commission percentage rate.
10. Prepaid tickets are not permitted.
EXCEPTIONS
1.Commission may not be taken pursuant to this Program for the following:
a)Infants, student, military, VUSA, standby fares or blocked group space.
b)Negotiated fares / Bulk (BT) / Net (NT) / Tour (IT)
c)Web fares with Fare Basis Code containing “TTW”. Other Web fares are commissionable.
d)Any AZ published fare in I-class with Fare Basis Code ending in "RDUS"
e)Basic Economy or Light fares are not eligible for commission
