Applicable Routings • Online travel from the U.S. and Canadian gateways marketed as either AV or TA, when operated by the Carriers or their affiliates,1 provided ticketing is validated on either Avianca (134), Avianca Costa Rica/LACSA (133) or TACA (202)2. For the avoidance of doubt, applicable routings do not include international code-share flights marketed as but not operated by the Carriers or their affiliates (e.g.: AV IAH-SAL operated by UA, AV YYZ-BOG operated by AC, etc.). • Interline travel between U.S. or Canada points and Central or South America points via the U.S. and Canada gateways of the Carriers where: (i) such travel is pursuant to an interline through itinerary/fares with carriers AS, UA, B6, 3M, HA or AC; (ii) the portion of the itinerary between the U.S. or Canada gateway and Central or South America is marketed as either AV or TA and operated by the Carriers or their affiliates, and (iii) the ticket is validated on either Avianca (134), Avianca Costa Rica/LACSA (133) or TACA (202)2.
Exclusions: The Commission is not permitted and does not apply: • For bundle 0 (B0 or Bundle Basic) & bundle 1 (B1 or Bundle Light) • For net fares • For Group bookings (G class) • CAT25 fares • ENFS (Non-Front Station): Any ticket with a trip departure different to point of sale US or CA.
•Incentive payments are made on commissionable sales (total sales, excluding group sales, direct sales and IT fares).
•GOL considers IT fares: private fares, package fares (OPERINT), discounts or negotiated fares that include a special fare with a lower price than the public are not commissionable.
•Valid for issuance on plate number 127. Commission on codeshare flights applies to ODs when the long-haul flight is operated by GOL. Example: JFK AA X/MIA G3 BSB G3 MIA X/AA JFK. If the entire leg or long-haul is operated by the partner, no commission applies. No commission is paid on tickets with interline segments.
• Infant fare: no commission applies.
• Any claim, dispute or request for adjustment related to unpaid or allegedly incorrect Ticketing Fees,commissions, or any other amounts payable under this Agreement must be submitted by the Agency in writing within ninety (90) days from the date of ticket issuance. Any such claim must be supported by appropriate documentation and reports sufficient to substantiate the alleged discrepancy. Failure tosubmit a claim within this period shall constitute a full and irrevocable waiver of any related right, and Carrier shall have no further obligation with respect to such amounts.
