Applicable Routings: Online travel from the U.S. and Canadian gateways marketed as AV, when operated by the Carrier or its affiliates include TACA (TA), Avianca Ecuador S.A. f/k/a Aerolneas Galpagos S.A. (2K), Aviateca S.A. (GU), Avianca Costa Rica S.A f/k/a Lneas Areas Costarricenses S.A. (LR), and Nicaragense de Aviacin S.A. (6Y),provided ticketing is validated on Avianca (134). For the avoidance of doubt, applicable routings do not include international code-share flights marketed as but not operated by the Carrier or its affiliates (e.g.: AV IAH-SAL operated by UA, AV YYZ-BOG operated by AC, etc.). Interline travel between U.S. or Canada points and Central or South America points via the U.S. and Canada gateways of the Carrier where: (i) such travel is pursuant to an interline through itinerary with carriers AS, UA, B6, 3M, HA or AC; (ii) the portion of the itinerary between the U.S. or Canada gateway and Central or South America is marketed as AV and operated by the Carrier or its affiliates, and (iii) the ticket is validated on Avianca (134). *South America includes Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela. *Central America includes Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama. Latin America includes South America and Central America as defined above. *Bundles = Brand or Fare family fares. Commission does not apply to bundles Basic, Light and can be identified by "B0", "B1" in the fourth and fifth position of the fare basis code. Exclusions: The commission is not permitted: * For Bundles Basic/Light (can be identified by "B0", "B1" in the fourth and fifth position of the fare basis code) * For net fares, CAT25 fares * For Group bookings (G class) * Excludes NFS (Non-Front Station): Any ticket with a trip departure different to point of sale US or CA (United States/ Canada). Commission: * Commissions apply to published fares or private fares (e.g. Amadeus Negotiated Fares) and are based on the originating bundle; only one commission may be taken per itinerary. Commissions will be determined by originating bundle. No commission applies for markets not shown. * The Commission paid for tickets sold through GDS sales channel exclusive of any taxes and fees.
