Commission is determined via these steps:佣金按以下步骤确定：

-Tickets must be validated on a Participating carrier.-客票必须在参与承运人处出票。
-Validating carrier must be one of the operating or marketing carriers on the ticket-出票承运人必须是客票上的运营或营销承运人之一

-Valid for one-way, round-trip, circle-trip and open-jaw journeys.-适用于单程、往返、环游和缺口行程。

-Qualifying Transpacific segments must be to/from US or Canada to be eligible for incentive-符合条件的跨太平洋航段必须往返于美国或加拿大，才有资格获得奖励

Full commission may be taken on flights marketed or operated by Air New Zealand (NZ) when all thefollowing parameters are met:当满足以下所有参数时，可对由新西兰航空（NZ）营销或运营的航班收取全额佣金：
- Travel is from/to US - New Zealand.- 行程为从美国至新西兰或从新西兰至美国。

Applies to international through fares when combined with sector (point-to-point) and the following rules are met:适用于国际联运票价与航段（点对点）组合，且满足以下规则时：
- Must be operated by UA and Regional carriers- 必须由UA及区域承运人运营
- Connecting time must be within 24 hours of International portion of the journey- 转机时间必须在国际段行程的24小时以内

RULES
- Fare must auto price (debit memos will be issued for manually priced tickets)- 票价必须由系统自动计算（手工定价的客票将被开具罚单）

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES退票与改签
