REGIONAL CARRIERS: may be marketed by any Participating carriers and operated by any of the following: Air Canada Rouge, Air Canada Express, The Landline Company, Air Dolomiti, Lufthansa City Airlines, Deutsche Bahn, Eurowings & Eurowings Europe, Hawaiian Air (inter-island), Helvetic Airways, SBB Swiss Railways, SunExpress, regional carriers DBA United Express, train service operated by OEBB Austrian Federal Railways marketed by OS.

OTHER ELIGIBLE CARRIERS (regardless of marketing carrier):

May be marketed and operated by any of the following:

Eligibility Applies to published international through fares (not valid on trip within a trip). Applies to stopover charges and differential when applicable . Applies to international through fares when combined with sector fares (point-to-point) and the following rules are met:

• Must be operated by AC/OS/SN/LH/LX/UA and Regional carriers
• Connecting time must be within 24 hours of International portion of the journey
• Valid when booked in or the first letter of the fare basis code is an applicable class

- US, CA TO ATLANTIC SECTOR FARE MUST QUALIFY FOR COMMISSION

If sector fares do not meet the parameters above they may be included on the ticket at 0% commission.

Time of Ticketing (TOT) may NOT be applied on any segment with net fares, corporate discounts, negotiated

group rates, air pass programs, United PassPlus negotiated fares/discounts, senior citizen, emigrant, journalist, military, missionary, student, discount coupons, travel certificates, government fares, crew rotation fares, two-for-one offers and the like or discount programs of any type including fares that price with ""/ticket designator"" (such as /UAF, /8N02).

TOT is permitted with ticket designators: PP** / UP**/ PYUP / FL01 / EBOW / MZPO / DXWW

Not valid in combination with corporate upgrade program (Tour Code S2GCUP).

All transatlantic travel must be flown on AC/OS/SN/LH/LX/UA flight numbers on AC/OS/SN/LH/LX/UA operations.

• Exception for OS transatlantic flights: OS flights operated by 4Y.
• Exception for LX transatlantic flights: LX flights operated by WK / 4Y.
• Exception for LH transatlantic flights: LH flights operated by CL / 4Y.
• Exception for SN transatlantic flights: SN flights operated by 4Y.
• Exception for UA transatlantic flights: UA flights operated by 4Y.
• There will be no retroactive settlement for TOT not taken at the time of ticketing.
• Account is responsible to read and apply all published fare rules.
• Tickets issued under the TOT are not eligible for any other upfront compensation, discount and/or

promotions, unless specifically allowed in writing by AC/OS/SN/LH/LX/UA. Eligibility Exceptions Commission may be claimed on fares using these Ticket Designators: UP**/ PYUP / FL01 / EBOW / MZPO / DXWW

Commission may be claimed on child fares on US point of origin (POO) tickets.

RULES

• Fare must auto price (debit memos will be issued for manually priced tickets)
• The valid ticket designator of the reference fare must appear on the applicable segments
• Include the valid tour code in the tour code box
• 0% commission on domestic sector fares using ticket designators listed above

Combinations When combining qualifying incentive rates for the outbound (O/B) and return segments (I/B), applicable

commission on each Transatlantic segment will apply with respect to the point of origin (POO) of the trip.

Example 1: NYC FRA P/class (all seasons) // BUD x/FRA NYC V/class (shoulder season)

• Commission on the NYC FRA fare component is 0%
• Commission on the BUD NYC fare component is 5%

Example 2: MSP UA xORD Y/class UA LHR Q/class (high season) // BUD LH xFRA LH xORD V/class UA MSP Y/class (high season)

• Commission on the MSP ORD fare component is 0%
• Commission on the ORD LHR fare component is 0%
• Commission on the BUD ORD fare component is 3%
• Commission on the ORD MSP fare component is 3%

Example 3: MSP UA xORD G/class UA FRA W/class (low season) // BUD LH x/FRA LH x/ORD S/class (low season) UA MSP E/class

• Commission for ORDFRA fare component is 0%
• Commission for BUDORD fare component is 5%
• The domestic USA sectors MSP ORD and ORD MSP are not eligible for commission as G or E class on

UA are not included on the table, 0% commission applies on the domestic USA fare components

Example 4: NYC FRA BOM Q/class (low season) // DEL x/FRA NYC M/class (no seasonal indicator):

• Commission on the NYC BOM fare component is 10% for Q/class
• Commission on the DEL NYC fare component is 3% for M/class
• Non-qualifying segments (OAL, ineligible or non-qualifying classes) are permitted on ticket at 0%

commission.

• Combining UA Perks Plus or AC Corporate Rewards and TOT program is allowed.
• This program may NOT be combined with other TOT programs.
• Combining TMC Fares programs and Time-of-Ticketing programs is not allowed.
• All other published fare rules apply.

Blackouts Published fare rules apply.

Surcharges Published fare rules apply.

Penalties Published fare rules apply. All changes and refunds should be processed at the issuing agency.

Conditions This Time of Ticketing (TOT) commission program, for plating carrier UA 016, can be applied to both Edifact and NDC-enabled channels. However, the following condition applies to tickets booked via NDC:

• When combining classes/rates, the most restrictive TOT commission will apply to the entire ticket.
• Class will be determined by the first letter of the FBC.

NDC ticketing instructions for LHG NDC certified channels, if applicable:

• The applicable TOT rate, Tour Code and Ticket Designator are automatically applied and paid via the

normal ARC settlement process.

• Endorsement box is prefilled and must not be changed with alternate text.

Ticketing Procedures "Plating carriers: AC (014), LH (220), LX (724), OS (257), SN (082) or UA (016)

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Ticketing agency is responsible to recalculate commission when tickets are exchanged or refunded. Failure to recalculate commission will result in debit memos to the ticketing agency location.

The ticket designator for this program is PPxx, where xx is the commission rate. For example, a 3%

commission will result in ticket designator PP03, a 10% commission will be PP10, and so on.

Applicable code must be placed in their appropriate locations. IATA ticketing rules apply. Failure to enter the applicable tour code, ticket designator, or incorrect ticketing will result in the issuance of debit memos to the ticketing agency location.

Place the tour code and ticket designator in one of the following positions:

• Ticket Designator - valid for all Participating carriers
• Tour Code box - valid for all Participating carriers
• Endorsement Box- valid on AC (014) / UA (016) / LH (220) / OS (257) / SN (082) / LX (724) if TD and TC

boxes are in use

• Tickets must show in the Endorsement box: "ACOSSNLHLXUAonly"
