Application
:
Incentives may be deducted by Agent on tickets when any of the Airlines, listed in the Incentive Table, are the MarketingAirline and any of the Airlines, listed in the Incentive Table, are the Operating Airline. Itineraries must include at least one qualifying International segment.

Incentive Rates are applied based on Booking Code.

Upfront Incentive Tables of different Markets may not be combined. Agent may combine incentive rates with any applicable Special Upfront Incentive Table within the corresponding markets.

Agent may use Special Upfront Incentives in conjunction with Global Upfront Incentives within the corresponding markets. 

Eligibility:

Tickets issued for Incentives must contain a qualifying Tour Code as specified on the Upfront Incentive Table.
The code will automatically be added to tickets issued via Modern Retail Channels.
For AA the code must be added to the tour code box, or as an endorsement.
For AY / BA / EI / IB  the tour code is only allowed in Tour Code Box

Incentives must be taken at the time of ticketing

 Incentives do not apply to tickets containing any of the following:
Group Sales
Private Leisure Fares (Air/Sea, Student, Wholesale, Consolidator, Marine, and Humanitarian fares)
Contracted and discounted corporate Fares (tickets issued under the AAdvantage Business SelectTM program with ticket designator 16ADVB are eligible for the upfront incentive)
Net Fares
All Military and Government Fares
Infant fares
Basic Economy Fares
Claimed Passenger Name Records (PNRs) booked through Airlines reservation call-center or online reservationsystem

Booking and Ticketing:
All valid itineraries should auto-price in your GDS except for Airline issued PNR waiver prior to ticketing.
All applicable fare rules apply.
Use of e-tickets is mandatory where e-ticketing is available.

Stopovers & Open Jaws:

Incentives may be taken on tickets with stopovers or open jaws provided it is permitted based on the published fare rules and the fare does not break.

Combinability:
Incentives may be taken on tickets with mixed Booking Codes. Agent may deduct the individual Incentive rate for each Booking Code as set forth in the Incentive Table.
If Agent cannot prorate the Incentive, then Agent shall apply the lower Incentive rate for the entire ticket.

Partial Incentives:
APartial Incentive may be taken on tickets where only one International segment is eligible. Agent may take the individual Incentive rate for the Booking Code of the qualifying segment set forth in the applicable Incentive Table.
If any portion of the itinerary does not qualify based on the Incentive Table, the Agent may prorate or book the qualifying portion as a separate ticket.

Oneworld*: Incentives may be taken on itineraries connecting to or from a oneworld partner at the full Upfront Incentive rate provided one of the Airlines, except Aer Lingus, is the International airline. Please consult www.oneworld.com for all eligible members. The QAJB Market Upfront Incentive is excluded.

Oneworld* FARES: A flat 5% Incentive may be taken on itineraries with any of the following oneworld fares, Global Explorer, oneworld Explorer and Circle Fares provided any of the Airlines, except Aer Lingus, is operating airline on all transoceanic segments. All itineraries must begin and end in North America.

Interline:
Incentive may be taken on itineraries connecting to or from any Interline partners at a 3% reduction of the Upfront Incentive rate provided one of the Airlines is the International airline and there is an Interline thought fare. QAJB Market Upfront Incentive is excluded.

Congo, Ethiopia, Georgia, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Maldives, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Turkmenistan, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

APPLICATION:
